I spend A LOT of time thinking about this small business - where it is, what I want it to grow into, why I started it and the sort of work I want to be doing every day. As we celebrate our tenth birthday, all I can think about is having fun.
So, since it’s our *Golden Birthday* (we turned 10 on Feb 10th), we threw ourselves a birthday party fit for any ten year old. There were balloons, funfetti cake, goodie bags & party games. Thank you to everyone who came out & made the day so rad!
I’m also ready to get back to my art. I built this brand on my drawings and as we’ve grown it’s been harder to find time to sketch new designs. I’ve been carving out that time on nights & weekends and I’m excited to launch our new Former Scene Kid capsule collection!
That said, we’re discontinuing several dozen prints! Shop our SALE collection to grab them before they’re gone for good!
Year TEN is also the year I stop hiding behind the scenes. We’ll be creating more video content at our printshop, I’ll be writing monthly recap emails to share what we’re working on and I’ll be back on the ground hosting clean-ups all spring, summer & fall.
