Return + Exchange Policy
We want you to love your cinder + salt purchase, but if for any reason you're unhappy with your order, or if you require a different size or style, we welcome both returns and exchanges.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, and must be in their original condition with no signs of wear and tear. All sales are final on sale items.
If exchanging by mail, a replacement will be mailed once we have the original in hand. You'll be responsible for getting the exchange back to us unscathed, but cinder + salt will happily cover the shipping for the new item. #omgstopit!
We do not accept returns on custom-made or sale items. However, if you receive your order and have any concerns, please get in touch.
