Beluga Whale Plushie

Billiam the beluga has white skin and a bulbous melon forehead. He is the smallest of the whale family but also the most vocal. Beluga whales have vertebrae that aren't fused together, giving them the unusual ability to turn their heads side-to-side and up and down.
